Also! If you have an iPhone or other Apple device (though I’m sure there’s a similar android app), get the iHydrate app. It determines how much water you need daily based on weight and activity level, and you can set reminders that tell you when to drink (I do every 2 hours from 9am to 9pm because I used to go literally days where I wouldn’t drink and my only water came from food). You can also specify if you had water, juice, etc. and it color codes it so you can see exactly where you’re getting hydration from.
