I read this article the other day that posited the theory that maybe we haven’t found sentience on other planets yet because we’re very early on in the universe’s lifespan, and Earth is one of the first planets to develop life.
I think that’s interesting.
If you’re saying we’re the nonsensical litterbug “Ancient Society” of classic Sci-Fi that leaves their trashed technology everywhere for other people to step on…
